Rules of the Games

1. Violation of the rules

If you find a bug, suspect a bot or any other infringements of the rules in any GamersOxygen game or website please report it to the specific game staff or send a message to the GamersOxygen staff (violation@gamersoxygen.com or bugs@gamersoxygen.com) preferably with a screenshot as proof (see 7. Evidence Policy).

Continuing of exploitation of bugs without reporting may lead to temporary or permanent ban. Making false reports about someone or falsely reporting a hack attempt may get you banned permanently.

2. Username and character name policy

Users and characters found with unacceptable names are to be renamed immediately. The GamersOxygen staff will rename your character to a new name of your choice only once. If you are caught a second or consequent time your account will be terminated without any notice.

In the following cases, a name change is acquired:

  1. The name of the character contains sexual or abusive language
  2. The name of the character includes abuse of another character's name or group
  3. The name of the character includes an association with a trade(mark), cash name or copyright
  4. The name of the character includes advertisement or similar benefit
  5. The name of the character is equal to the name of the GamersOxygen, Game Entertainment Europe or any other GamersOxygen game-staff. Note: Impersonating GamersOxygen, Game Entertainment Europe or any other GamersOxygen game-staff with clear conscience can lead to a temporary or permanent ban.

3. Player conflict policy

The GamersOxygen staff will take no action if a conflict occurs between players in the Game. Any reports done in this direction will be send to the concerning game staff to be judged by them. However, rules apply to the players behaviour. See chapter 8.

4. System abuse policy

In the below cases, the GamersOxygen or any other GamersOxyen game-staff will be entitled to terminate an account without any notice.

  1. Hunting, gaining experience, gaining game currency or using of a game bug for any other advantage than normal game play.
  2. Use of illegal programs, changed software, tools and hacking (Bots/Auto-Mouse or Macro). In case of a person changing our database, a game file, exe file, or anything other harmful, we shall claim damages.
  3. Incite others to infringe rules or knowingly benefit from infringement of rules by others.

5. Account management policy

A player is responsible for the sharing of an account, selling of an account, etc. If a player should lose his or her account due to carelessness, the player should not expect any support. A player with account management problems will not be entitled to make any claim to GamersOxygen, Game Entertainment Europe or any other GamersOxygen game-staff.

In addition, if we discover such a case, we may block the account permanently without any notice. Missing Items, Currency, characters etc. from a shared account or any account where the user has willingly shared their details will NOT be seen as a hacking problem. Using the excuse that it was your brother/cousin/next door neighbours dog or anyone other than you on the account at the time of the offence makes no difference. It is your account and you are responsible for seeing that no one that uses it breaks the rules.

Notice:

  1. Think carefully before sharing your password and username.
  2. No one should know this information unless you’re willing to share your account.
  3. Be aware that no GamersOxygen, Game Entertainment Europe or any other GamersOxygen Game-staff will ask you for that information so don’t let yourself be scammed.

6. Restoration policy

Account(s) lost by server or system errors will be replaced after checking the player’s game log. A player should report the loss of an account within a month. If a player doses the report too late, we might not be able to check the history of the account at all. Any recovery will take at least 3 to 7 days. False reports will be punished.

7. Evidence policy

When a player reports a case, the player must send a screen shot of it for evidence. Without such a screen shot, no help should be expected from us.

  1. A screen shot will be accepted as evidence, provided it is sent within a month.
  2. A file changed by (image) tools will be rejected.

Making false reports about someone or falsely reporting a hack attempt are punishable and can lead eventually to a permanent ban. Missing Poing or GO from a shared account or any account where the user has willingly shared their details with any other person will NOT be seen as a hacking problem. (See 5. Account Management Policy)

If a player account is blocked permanently by GamersOxygen staff, the player will not be able to use anything, such as the websites, forum and his/her game account(s). All possessions in the concerning games will be forfeited.

*Account trading and selling are not the responsibility of GamersOxygen, Game Entertainment Europe or any other GamersOxygen game-staff. However if we discover abuse, we may block the account permanently without any notice.
